SUE BLACK
Sue Black
Susan's stories delight listeners of all ages.  She believes sharing stories together creates a sense of community; and being part of a community inspires us to take care of one another.  Whether telling personal stories, folk tales, fairy tales, hero stories, or just making them up with the help of the audiences, there is not escaping the magic and wonder.  You may want to move, chant, sing, think, imagine, and dream!  Now, wouldn't that be grand.

Recipient of the Prairie Area Reading Council Literacy Award, Sue combines her passion for storytelling with her delight in teaching students and their teachers to tell stories. It's an awesome combination! Her work includes taking students from page to stage in residencies and as the sponsor of student storytelling clubs.
